Victor Ong is first and foremost, a public speaker and speech coach.

His other major roles include:

Being a trainer and Business lecturer.

Being a market strategist and marketing disruptor – with in-depth involvements in market-aligned entrepreneurship and strategic marketing; disruptive innovation and business corporate renewal; and strategy consultancy and execution.

With nearly 30 years of marketing management and new business development experience in different industries and in different geographic markets under his belt.

A Business graduate from the University of Strathclyde, UK, an MBA from Southern Cross University, Australia and post-graduate certification in Higher Education Learning from Monash University (Clayton Campus), Australia.


Victor Ong learned public speaking when he joined Toastmasters in July 2008.  He stayed for 11 years and 9 months – and during this period, he had successfully delivered 880 project speeches based on a grand total of 109 Toastmasters manuals. That works out to a speech every 4.88 days.

He had participated in speaking contests and he qualified for the national finals twice (2014, 2015).


Victor Ong is into the freeform style of speaking, and is at ease with impromptu speaking, with nuanced emphasis on delivery.
